We'll talk you through how to organize the massive amount of information, paperwork, details, and deadlines that is part of every wedding. Don't worry, with the course purchase, you'll receive our Ultimate Digital Wedding Planner which will help get you off to a strong start!

 

Beautiful events are products of very deliberate design choices and lots of little details - not magic.  We're going to walk through what makes a great event and how to make any budget event breathtaking.  You'll use a vision workbook to help get your dream event down on paper and help you communicate your vision to your vendors.

 

Our Finance Manager is provided as a complimentary tool to all course participants. This very comprehensive workbook is interactive and can be shared with your partner to update in real time. The tool is both a budget tracker and payment and balance manager. You can manage your budget, plan for potential costs, track deposits, balances due, one off expenses, and even tips. 

 

We will share our timeline and master checklist which outlines what tasks need to be completed and what items need to be purchased, by when. We will walk you through what get prioritized first, and what next steps are so that you are always on track.

 

Perhaps the biggest (and least fun) challenge for non-planners is tackling the logistics of a wedding - or an entire wedding weekend. This is where surprises and chaos can make an unwelcome appearance, so we're going to break down the needs of each event (not just ceremony & reception, but rehearsals and farewells) so that your entire event is smooth-sailing.

 

Our course will come with your own digital planner. You can share this interactive workbook with your partner and use it to plan out every detail of your event. The planner is the perfect place to get started- collect addresses, track RSVPs, meals, allergies, thank you cards, music selection, vendors, payment due date, pack lists, timelines.

 

Vendors are a huge part of planning a wedding. We'll talk about how to determine a reasonable rate, contracts, how to interview a vendor, what questions to ask, how and when to negotiate, and what your expectations should be for all the regular wedding day players.

 

We'll dive in to cost-saving techniques and go through where and what to save on, as well as when and why to splurge. Minding the wedding budget is important,  so we'll share a ton of creative ways to minimize your overall spend, without compromising the quality of your event, as well as some of our favorite secret weapons for wedding decor magic.
