Yes. The template includes an interactive wedding planning checklist and wedding planning timeline so you always know what’s due and when.

 

2. How does the wedding budget spreadsheet work?

Yes, it works anywhere Google Sheets works (desktop and the Google Sheets app). Your file lives in your Google Drive so you can collaborate in real time. However, we recommend that you use this on a laptop or desktop size screen for most of your planning as small screens are not ideal when working with large data sets.

 

8. Is the spreadsheet beginner-friendly? Do I need to know formulas?

 

Basic Google Sheets proficiency is recommended but no formula knowledge or advance know-how is needed. Tabs are linked and auto-calculating; notes and headings guide you step by step. While you do not need to be an expert - you do need to be careful. Google Sheets is generally intuitive and there are many online tutorials if you've never worked in it before.

 

9. Does it work in Excel, Numbers, or Airtable?

 

Nope. It’s purpose-built for Google Sheets and is not formatted for Excel/Numbers/Airtable.

 

10. Can I use this to plan with my partner/parent/bestie?
